On  30 may 2003 Noël Daniels, a welder of Wellington, Western Cape, South Africa found a Two headed tortoise in  his backyard  where his pets, which are parrots ,pigeons and  seven tortoises,  live in a dovecote.
The two heads are joined separately to a shared body.and it  seems quite normal and both heads feed on grass, leaves, and softened rabbit pellets, Daniels said. The  month old  tortoise  shell is about 2 inches wide Sometimes its legs also want to move in different directions. Luckily, it moves quite slowly. Its quite unpredictable as to which way they will go.
